Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad (PUNB), a wholly owned subsidiary of Yayasan Palaburan Bumiputera (YPB) who acts as an intermediary body mainly responsible in overseeing funding activities for government agencies, companies and individuals is involved in the development of local bumiputera entrepreneurs, in strategic business in order to create a dynamic, competent and progressive Bumiputera Commercial and Industrial Community (BCIC). Due to our current expansion plan, PUNB invites qualified, dynamic and result oriented individuals for the following positions :

1 - LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT (SENIOR EXECUTIVE)

Requirements: Degree in Law 3 - 4 years experience and familiar in litigation process, drafting, vetting and reviewing legal documents. Knowledgeable in matters of corporate law and Islamic Banking. Preferable is given to candidates who has been admitted to the Malaysian Bar Council Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English Language both written and verbal A team player with ability to work with minimum supervision, possess good interpersonal skills and initiative Computer literate Contract position for a period of 1-2 years with opportunity to be absorbed as permanent staff.
